Cedar Valley is a neighbor to Seattle Heights. Homes here are priced above the ones we see in Seattle Heights, and the neighborhood presents more sprawling lawns and single-family homes.

Beverly Acres

Beverly Acres is a quiet neighborhood with larger houses. It’s a short drive away from the lake and features wide tree-lined streets.

Choosing Your Home in Lynnwood

The finest homes in Lynwood can set you back anywhere from close to a million or over. Out of the three neighborhoods we listed above, Beverly Acres is the one with higher-priced properties. Detached houses are priced above average, but you also have townhouses that are more affordable.

If you are looking for more affordable housing, then Seattle Heights and Cedar Valley are excellent candidates.

Picking the right home in Lynwood will depend on your circumstances. There is the budget to consider, but also the number of people in your family and your transportation. 

Most places in Lynnwood require a vehicle to get around. Cedar Valley is a great place for kids with plenty of schools, and Seattle Heights boasts plenty of parks.

Beverly Acres is close to the lake, which makes it a great neighborhood for people who like to be close to the water.

Lynnwood is a recreational haven. The area has plenty of shopping and retailers, plus nature. Meadowdale Beach Park offers tons of trails for residents to explore, and Lynnwood Bowl & Skate as well as Lynnwood Ice Center are great places to spend a fun-filled afternoon.
